Bedroom 1 - Second level King Room with double vanity, walk-in shower & balcony Bedroom 2 - Second level King Room with double vanity, bathtub & balcony Bedroom 3 - Third level King Room with double vanity, walk-in shower & balcony Bedroom 4 - Third level King Room with double vanity, walk-in shower & balcony Bedroom 5 - Third level King Room with double vanity & walk-in shower Bedroom 6 - Third level King Room with double vanity & walk-in shower It's the perfect option for those looking for a clean and sophisticated coastal getaway. - PETS: Dogs are allowed! We allow dogs at a rate of $250/per dog. - NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside of this property, or anywhere on the property grounds.
All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside of the property. - LAUNDRY: This home has 2 private washers and 2 private dryers. - TRASH DAYS: Trash & Recycling pick up is on Thursday.
Trash cans are located on the side of the home. - Other Gemma Homes: Reserve this home along with any of the other three to comfortably accommodate larger groups of 28 or more. - POOLS: This home features a swimming pool and spa.
The spa is turned on manually with a button on the wall and automatically shuts off after 6 hours.
The spa is not hot 24hrs/day.
Travel by car, boat, or plane to our luxury estate.
The driveway has room for 3 vehicles, plus private parking across the street if additional spaces are needed.
Rent a golf cart, scooter or bike for the day to explore the area.

From water sports to sunset strolls along the sugar-white sands, you'll find endless activities to enjoy.
