The house is large yet cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers.
It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. 2 covered parking spots included! Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 2 single beds Bedroom 2: 2 double beds Bedroom 3: 2 double beds Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible.
We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique.

I am always available via the message app, email, or through text :) Security camera/recording device — Hallway in common area outside apartment; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing No smoking, parties, pets Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Overall, this is a great place to stay. Don't use the keypad by the parking spot to enter the property. Use the keypad on the side door by the street. Upstairs can get warm at night, so turn the AC down when you arrive.

We stayed for a football game. Great location next to a variety of bars and restaurants for walking. Close to that stadium which was a short under ride. Property was as advertised. Would definitely stay again.
