Welcome to Pineapples! Discover this sensational penthouse in Ipanema, ideal for couples or friends, perfectly accommodating up to 2 guests! ☀️ Balcony; ✨ View of the Christ Church; ️ Fully equipped open-plan kitchen; ️ 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 full bathroom.
This apartment is located just 7 minutes from the famous Ipanema beach, 3 minutes from the metro and close to several restaurants and bars, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the best of the city.
HOUSE RULES Services such as cribs, early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges.

For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices: ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our office. ⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law). ⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking.
People who are not on the list cannot enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment.
Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am.
If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. ⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.
Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately.
Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit. ⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.

The view was fantastic, very clean and good neighborhood. The low point was the kitchen, we expected to make breakfast, but there is nothing in the kitchen besides the appliances, so be prepared to buy even napkins, salt and all the basics to make a basic cooking.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Great location, centrally located, absolutely amazing patio space. The living space was fairly large and very well lit with light streaming in from the patio. We appreciated the extended checkout time. All in all, this place met our needs and was a good value.
