The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 3: Queen-Over-Queen Bunk Bed (2nd Floor) Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (2nd Floor Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom (2nd Floor) Bathroom 2.5: Half Bathroom (1st Floor) Additional Spaces: Office: Roomy office perfect to do some "Home-Office" with spacious computer desk. - Parking: 2 Car garage is available for use.

Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed.

As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings.
This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS - For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars.
These cameras record 24/7.
To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
