The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin Bunkbeds Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom (Bedroom 2 Ensuite) Bathroom 3: Full Bathroom -HOT TUB OUT OF SERVICE- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet.
Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed.
Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.
The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations.
Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. -HOT TUB OUT OF SERVICE- Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars.
These cameras record 24/7.
To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly.
