The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (1st Floor) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed ( 2nd Floor) Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (1st Floor Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom (2nd Floor) Bathroom 2.5: Half Bathroom (1st Floor) *Additionally, there are 3 couches that fold out into futons.
Our door uses a digital code for contact free check-in for your safety during the pandemic - PET FRIENDLY STAY - Don’t leave your furry friends back home.
We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee.
Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered.
Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard. - NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS - We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period.

Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees.
These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
