The Loon on the Lake is a very cute & charming park home that is located right on Little Platte Lake! It features 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, a living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms! Also has a great deck with outdoor furniture, a picnic table, and a fun outdoor kitchen! Plus a second private picnic table with a lakeview! Has great lake views throughout and includes use of the resort's kayaks and shared bonfire ring! Also includes Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and live streaming television! The Rooms (1) Includes new Deck, 2 picnic tables, BRAND NEW mattress (hybrid and memory foam), BRAND new pull out sofa and mattress, BRAND NEW Haier Refrigerator, BRAND NEW Carpet, and 2 NEW televisions! (2) For the summer of 2023, the cabin will feature brand new mattresses! Also, there is now new high-speed Wi-Fi and Streaming on the entire 5-acre resort! (3) Guests are welcome to bring their own motors or rent one for use with the row boats. Crystal Lake Marina in Honor and Beulah rent boat motors. Motors should be 10 Horsepower or less and must be short shaft because Little Platte Lake is VERY shallow.
