If you’re an early riser, you can revel in the quiet tranquility of the private screened in porch off the dining room with it’s comfortable chairs and couches.
This area is also great for playing games with your friends and family in the evening with just a quick slide of the privacy curtains.
There is plenty of seating for everyone both inside and out for those evenings when you just want to stay in and order takeout from one of Douglas’ many local restaurants.
And if you get so busy enjoying the company and the space that the night gets late, you can just open up the pull out sofa and cozy up into the warm blankets with a movie in the beachy themed living area. The condo is centrally located, making it the perfect spot for access to the gorgeous sands of the Lake Michigan coastline or take an easy walk to enjoy downtown Douglas.
Douglas is home to some of the best art galleries in West Michigan including J. Petter Galleries and The Button Gallery.
It is only a short jaunt to the Douglas Beach Park and you can spend your day soaking up the sunshine and end your evening reveling in one of our breathtaking West Michigan sunsets. Minutes from Saugatuck and Holland and a short drive from Grand Rapids, you will have every dining and entertainment option imaginable.
West Michigan is known for its breweries and restaurants that go up and down the coastline.
Less than 15 minutes away from your beachy getaway you will find the apple orchards and wineries of the Fennville area including Fenn Valley, Modales, Cranes and Tanglewood to name a few. LOVED this location! Quiet, easy 3 minute walk to Douglas restaurants and stores, and walkable to Saugatuck too! Easy drive to all attractions. Gorgeous and peaceful back porch. Clean and cute condo with everything were needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Walking distance to Downtown Douglas. Walking/biking distance to Downtown Saugatuck. Beautiful three seasons screened porch for a great morning coffee spot. Bike rack out front. Everything we needed for a nice resting spot after our daily adventures. We will be back!

Property is well maintained. Comfy and cozy property. The location is walkable to Douglas and a quick trip to Holland and Grand Rapids. 10/10 would stay again.
