Beach house Festini is a beautiful newly renovated holiday home located just a few steps away from the beach.
Enjoying a quiet location in the coastal village of Kosljun, it can comfortably accommodate a large family or a group of up to 6 persons.
Outdoor area with your large jacuzzi, terrace, outdoor kitchen and the view is just perfect.

The bright and modern interior consists of a spacious living/dining room with direct access to your terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms, an additional toilet and air conditioned 2 bedrooms (first one has a double bed, second has 2 singles and 2 extra beds are available).
The outside area is dominated by a 64 m² terrace with your jacuzzi, plenty of sun chairs, garden furniture and a dining table.
There, you will also find an amazing stone grill, outdoor kitchen and a sun shower.
Kosljun is situated on the south side of the island of Pag and has a beautiful coast with sandy and pebbly beaches, ideal for a remote peaceful vacation.
This once important port of the island of Pag is today a quiet settlement ideal for family vacation with children.
Nature lovers and cyclists are definitely going to enjoy the location (an old gravel road exists which connects Kosljun and the city of Pag).
There is a small grocery store in the village, where you can get your necessities.
The nearest popular tourist place is Pag which is situated 11 km away and offers plenty of restaurants, shops and various services one might need.

Due to unpleasant experiences in the past this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
