The shore can be reached in just 10 minutes. Those who love greenery can visit the nearby park located within an eight-minute walk. Those who like regular workouts and active outdoor recreation can go to the outdoor gym - it takes only three minutes to walk to it, and a children's play space is located next door, which is worth visiting if you plan to go away with your kids. The ability to conveniently stock up on groceries is taken care of by a grocery store located in the building.
