Villa Mirabel is a spacious two-storey country house, located 2km from Cala D’or. With a spacious, well upkept garden, and lovely terrace area furnished with outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.
There is also a private 10m x 5m pool which can be accessed by roman steps.
On the ground floor there is an open living/dining room with exit to the porch and pool area.
The spacious kitchen has a small breakfast table and has access to the dining room as well as exit to the garden. Private Pool Covered Terrace Spacious Garden/Lawn Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: No Smoking No Pets Allowed No Parties / Events Cala d’Or is a charming resort town on Mallorca’s southeastern coast, known for its golden beaches, traditional Spanish architecture, and a picturesque marina.
The pedestrian-friendly centre offers a mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
The resort is a family friendly haven and really popular for villa holidays in Cala D’or. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms.
Two of them share a separate shower room and the other has an en suite bathroom and access to the garden.
There is also a utility room that holds the washing machine.
On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms.
A twin with dressing table, en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace.
The last one has a double bed, en suite shower room and access to its own terrace. Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £400 subject to no damage. Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price.
The second cot or chair costs €10 per night each. Towel change is only provided for reservations of more than 10 nights.
Intermediate cleaning and/or bed linen change is available on request and for a fee.

Schöne Villa mit tollem Pool (Danke an den ‚Pool Boy & Gärtner‘, guter Ausstattung und Zimmeraufteilung.
Die Sauberkeit in der Villa hätte (vor allem in der Küche) besser sein können. Zwischenreinigung erfolgte nicht wie vertraglich vereinbart. Agentur war hierzu schlecht erreichbar. Das war ärgerlich & schade.
