Heading upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms (including master) with 2 full bathrooms.
We stopped at nothing to ensure the entire house has the high-end finishes to live in Oceanside Luxury! A $500 fee will be assessed for any unauthorized pets.
The community requires the primary guest to be 21 years of age or older.
The property is strictly NON-smoking inside.
Smoking anything on the property will result in a $350 fine.
Pets are allowed with a max of 2 pets per reservation (reach out if you have more than 2 for options).
To stay in the condo $250 pet fee will be assessed with your reservation.
Please note that the community requires dogs to be permitted.
The fee for permitting your pet is covered by your pet fee but you must register you pet with the front office at time of arrival.
I will coordinate with the front desk to ensure the resort fee is paid in advance.
Parking: The community requires a parking permit for each car on property.
Each permit is $25 per vehicle.
This additional fee should be paid at time of arrival at front office.
Trailers: Max of 24 feet long. $100 parking fee payable to the community to allow you to park your trailer in the gated parking lot.

Sugar Beach is a gated private access community in the heart of Panama City Beach. The community has a private beach access with wash off showers. There is a community area with boasts a pool, outside grills and an indoor lounge area which has ping pong, TVs and a sitting area. Also on the property is a tennis/pickle ball court, shuffle board and a large Koi pond.

My family had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was super clean and exactly as stated in the listing. It was nice having comfortable beds in each bedroom (noone had to sleep on a bunk bed or sofabed) and we had a beautiful ocean view! Kevin is an excellent host! Thank you for a great place to make memories with my family!The kids LOVED the pool
