The train track being approx 30ft from the caravan, trains passing every hour from 4am until approx 11pm.

It was clean and spacious. Perfect for our two little boys to play together. Accommodated our late check out last minute too
The staff on the actual site were a bit rude when we was asking questions. That’s nothing to do with the property itself but did ruin our experience a little.

Was okay for a weekend away with young children. Had everything needed except bedsheets/ bedding covers (bring your own). Even provided high hair and travel cot.
