Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house in Lancieux, just 300 metres from the superb Saint-Sieu beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC 1ᵉʳ Floor: - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) with en-suite shower room. - One bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - One bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC 2ᵉ Floor: - One bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower - One bedroom with a double bed (140x190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 300 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (part grassed and part tarmac).
The garden is enclosed.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in a very pleasant environment.
Lancieux is just 5 minutes by car from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire.
You can take advantage of wonderful activities such as: Dinard golf course (Saint-Briac), beautiful walks on the Gr34, discover the markets and regional products, a multitude of water sports ...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
