Located on the main square of Cadaqués, just 50 m from the beach, this 10-bedroom property boasts quaint views in a tranquil setting.
The villa's expansive layout is designed for both comfort and entertainment.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, induction hob, two dishwashers, and a fridge, opening onto a large terrace.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a smaller dining area seating 8, while the dining room comfortably accommodates 20 guests and also leads to the terrace.
Off from the dining area, there is a social living room featuring sofas and a TV.
Additional features on this floor include a wine cellar, guest toilet, and a laundry room.
The first floor hosts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony access.
The second floor offers five more en-suite bedrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for all guests.
Guests can reach both floors via a newly-added lift within the building, which is great for those with mobility issues.
