Clean, easy access to site facilities.
No direct route to the beach. Only because of new park construction.

Caravan in itself was ok. Location was handy to the shops etc
Caravan wasnt clean. Cutlery was all left on kitchen sink. The sinks were all dirty even in the toilet/shower. Taps all covered in splash/soap marks. Radiator in toilet covered in brown stuff...maybe been leaking. Underwear left in drawer. Out of date Muffins left in cupboard. Just looked liked someone was living there and left when they knew we had arrived.
