SECURITY CAMERAS • For safety and property protection, one exterior camera is located in the carport facing the alley & one Ring Doorbell camera is recording 24/7. • No functional interior cameras are present. ♀️ MAINTENANCE • The hot tub is professionally serviced on Wednesdays. • The vendor will need access through the property to perform maintenance.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM • A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in. ⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm.
A $100 early check-in fee will apply.
We do not offer late check-out.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent • No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted • Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbance • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced) • No refunds for weather-related or personal matters.
