The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Mayenne, this 50 m² flat with jacuzzi (from 1 April to 30 September) and heated outdoor pool (from June to the end of August), which can accommodate up to 7 travellers.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it consists of a 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 800 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - 24 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and separate WC (communicating with the sleeping area) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and private WC. - Sleeping area: single bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron, and a washing machine.
Outside: - A jacuzzi open from 1ᵉʳ April to 30 September, with a maximum capacity of two people. - A heated outdoor swimming pool (4*3 m) available from June to the end of August. - A 30m² south-west-facing terrace, a garden with furniture to make the most of fine weather and a flower-filled enclosed area shared with the owner.
The flat is ideally located in Mayenne, in a very quiet residence.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : Discover the sub-prefecture of Mayenne, offering a perfect blend of culture and entertainment thanks to its cinema, media library, must-see visit to the Château and its park as well as the cathedral.
Near the gîte, there are many walks and cycle rides along the Voie Verte and the towpath.
Only 10 km away, the nautical base and leisure centres (La Haie-Traversaine and Ambrières-les-Vallées).
Come and discover the Vélorail at St Loup du Gast.
Immerse yourself in history by exploring old Laval, the majestic châteaux, churches and mills, Don't miss the Roman remains at Jublains (10km) and the medieval town of Sainte-Suzanne with its mill routes (30km).
Also worth a visit: the Saulges caves and the Tatin museum.
Lassay-les-Châteaux, listed as the most beautiful village, with Fontaine Daniel (toile de Mayenne), Bagnole de l'Orne: thermal spa, casino and lake.
Fougères, 45 km away, one of the most beautiful châteaux in Europe and a charming part of Brittany, Just 1h30 away, let yourself be seduced by a seaside getaway (Cancale, St Malo, Dinard, Granville) and a visit to Mont Saint Michel, You can also take advantage of local events such as the Festival 1 Singe en Été , the Festival Au Foin de la rue and the 3 Elephants Festival for a total immersion in the region's lively life.
For racing fans: Rallycross at Châtillon-sur-Colmont and Motocross at Ernée.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (two spaces).

Cadre agréable au calme. Tout confort (surtout très très bien équipé), rien ne manque pour un agréable séjour, sans oublier les petites attentions du propriétaire (Merci pour cela aussi)
