Casa Fasola is a lovely villa with swimming pool; an ancient Rural Home, consisting of a complex of trulli tastefully renovated to preserve the Old Fashioned charm and offer to the guests all the comforts they are looking for in an unforgettable holiday in Puglia! The property, for the exclusive use of guests, is completely fenced off and has a private swimming pool as well as a large well-kept garden complete with parking.
The property is immersed in the countryside of the Itria Valley, just over 3 km from the centre of Cisternino and only a few minutes' drive from the area's most characteristic towns: Locorotondo and Martina Franca (8 km approx.), Alberobello and Ostuni (less than 20 km).
It includes of two independent units that can accommodate a total of 7/8 guests (depending on the age of the youngest).
The first unit has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with dining table (seats 6) and a small living area equipped with SmartTV.
This room leads to the first double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Then, from the opposite side, there is access to a second sleeping area that includes a double bedroom (the beds can be joined if necessary), a bedroom with a French bed that can accommodate one adult or two teenagers (max. 14 years each) and a bathroom complete with shower and washing machine.
The second flat, which is accessed through an entrance adjoining the previous one, includes a small living room with a kitchenette enhanced by a breakfast bar, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with shower.
The property's lush, well-kept garden is immersed in the typical countryside of the Itria Valley; fields, olive groves and vineyards alternate with the white lime stone of the trulli and farms.
The harmony of the colours of the countryside blending with the scents of the Mediterranean herbs lead guests to the large paved patio that both flats overlook.
It hosts a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs and a comfortable outdoor dining area, served by a wood-fired BBQ (wood available for guests).
Then, along a small path, immersed in the scents of lavender and rosemary, you reach the large, sunny swimming pool area (40 square metres) equipped with a small beach (very convenient for children), an outdoor shower and sun loungers.
The area is served by a large gazebo equipped with stone seating and a mini-fridge; the ideal place to gather in the cool during hot summer days.
