Sunset Shores is a beautiful single-story beach retreat nestled within Windmark Beach Resort, Port St. Joe's most desirable coastal community.
This modern beach home boasts six spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with rear patio access, a bunk room with arcade games, and an open-concept living area featuring a gourmet kitchen, dining area for family gatherings, and stylish interiors.
Relax on the expansive outdoor patio or enjoy the thoughtfully designed entertainment spaces, making it a perfect getaway for families and friends. House Rules ▪ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. ▪ Community Rules.
Guests must be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
Excess noise violations may result in fines. ▪ Noise Ordinance – Guest will need to honor a 9:00pm-8:00am noise ordinance ▪ No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within the residence; any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional damages or excessive cleaning required ▪ No Pets - The residence is a pet-free zone; introducing pets into the property will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, plus additional costs associated with restoring the property to original condition. ▪ No Parties or Events - No events or parties are permitted including amplified music.
The maximum allowed number of guests at the property is twelve (14) Need to know ▪ Single Story Beachfront Residence located 3.2 Miles from Windmar Beach - 5 minute walk to beach ▪ Proximity to the Village Center featuring a boutique fitness center, community pool, shopping, waterfront restaurants, Village Green Park, and the Community Amphitheater. ▪ 50+ inch Smart HDTVs with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku ▪ Free driveway parking on premises offering 3 spaces plus additional street parking available - Note that there is space for 2 small vehicles in the garage and two larger sized in the driveway.
Trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood and must be parked elsewhere. ▪ Private backyard – Not fully fenced. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation.
Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct.
