Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months.
The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited.
The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms.
