La Casita is a well-appointed upstairs apartment with full kitchen, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, full bath with tub, and a 65" smart TV with quality sound.
The shared yard is shaded and spacious — common space with the Carriage House and Gallery House next door.
A small private patio with chairs sits at the base of the stairs.
Off-street parking on site; trucks and trailers usually fit — message ahead if you have an oversized rig. Note: the apartment is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase. Nathaniel is reachable by text and responds quickly.
He's based on a working ranch 35 miles west — service can be spotty but he'll get back to you fast. La Casita is the only pet-friendly property in the portfolio — one dog considered with a $50 nightly fee, $75 for multiple pets, and a $150 deposit.
All three downtown properties are on the same property — ideal for larger groups.
