The Carriage House is a compact, well-maintained historic brick cottage — original to the late 1800s and renovated without losing its character.
King bedroom and full bath upstairs, sitting area with twin sofa sleeper, half bath on the main level.
Fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas range, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, mini-split heating and cooling, and original artwork throughout.
A private patio with seating for four and access to the shared yard and Blackstone grill round it out. Please reach out with any questions! Txt is the best. We live on a ranch 40 miles away and are generally not around during stays.

Steps from downtown Raton's restaurants, breweries, and historic district. Climax Canyon Park — a nationally recognized trail system — is walkable from the property. Sugarite Canyon State Park is just outside town with hiking, fishing, and kayaking. Capulin Volcano National Monument is 25 minutes away. The Amtrak station is only a few blocks away.
