You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

Quiet hours are 20pm-8am. The Apartments is a 7 minute walk from either Chalk Farm or Belsize Park Stations, on the Northern Line with connects to Central London, Euston Station and has links with most other tube lines.

There are plenty of taxis as well as Uber and Bolt which usually arrive within minutes.
