There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking. Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap. Towels and linen are provided. You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you. Right, and finally here`s the fine print: The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned.
The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
