We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Right down the street, in front of Sabor a Santos, is the Vitorino Damásio tram station.
You can take it towards Santos, where you can connect to the Commuter Train (Linha de Cascais). You will also be quite close to Cais do Sodré Station (metro, tram and bus) where you can take transports to almost every area of Lisbon. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys.
Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). A stylish apartment with Portuguese flair, an amazing terrace with panoramic views, located at Dom Carlos I avenue! Welcome! This apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. You will find a spacious open area with an extra-large terrace and large sliding doors with a partial view of the river, decorated with classic and modern design.
With seating and denies inside and out, you can choose to have your meals indoors or on the large terrace. Or you can settle on the sofa and enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show on the smart, flat-screen TV with cable and internet connectivity. The kitchen has a fridge, convection oven, electric hob, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Two rooms have queen-sized beds and hotel-quality linen.
Two large shower rooms have other modern amenities, such as a towel warmer and a hairdryer. The building also has a concierge service and a complimentary complimentary gym on the lower levels. My apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy! NOTE: The flat is located in a noisy street.

Santos, a formerly unexpressed waterside district full of tiny houses with wrought-iron balconies, was given a second life with a renovation project that began in 2005. Santos has attracted the attention of architects and artists, who have established a hip community of glossy shops and cafés, the biggest of which is Lisbon's marina. Old mansions have been re-established as luxury hotels, which blend seamlessly with the residential buildings of the 18th century when aristocrats and noble families moved to the area. Many Santos industrial warehouses have become contemporary creative and cultural hubs, most prominently the LX Factory. One Carlos I building is also located near the most known Time Out Food Market, where you will find several chef restaurants and food concepts, you should not miss the opportunity of visiting this market!

Nice, clean flat! Location close to the train, the only point is that at dawn there is a lot of noise in the street because of some bars around, and there is a construction site next door that makes noise during the day.

These people have no clue what they are doing... absolutely the worst stay in any short term rental I've ever experienced. Now this is going to sound pretentious, but I've stayed in hundreds of short term rentals across many platforms. Mainly for work but also many times for holiday. In all my time...
