This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delightful meals, featuring an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and cutlery.
Rest easy in one of three charming bedrooms: the first features a cozy queen bed, the second offers a double bed, and the third is fitted with two single beds.
All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens for your ultimate comfort.
The bathrooms come stocked with everything you need to refresh, including clean towels and convenient toiletries.
We ensure the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, so you can relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest! The property can be accessed by elevator, but guests will have to climb a few steps to get to the door of the building.

The accommodation was well located, with very good access and ample parking right in front. It is a good area, quiet and with restaurants nearby. The accommodation was clean and spacious.
The only thing we didn't like was that the pillows were very hard and that there was very little crockery: we were five people and there were only four plates and four glasses.

: Overall everything
The only bad thing I can say is that the electricity went out and it was a bit difficult to start it and the hairdryer was not working, but everything else was great and very clean.

Appartement moderne, fonctionnel et spacieux. Bien situé à moins de 10 min à pieds du centre-ville de Camara de Lobos et très facilement accessible en voiture avec des places de parking disponibles devant l'immeuble.
