Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom, master bathroom and large great room make for stunning views like no other in the area! The open contemporary floor plan allows for the mountain views to also be seen from the kitchen and dinning room.
This home has a very large contemporary stainless steel kitchen with a stunning island to gather around, walk-in pantry and huge laundry/mudroom.
There is a nice upper deck with a charcoal grill to use off the kitchen/dinning room.

This home is located in a new development called Summit Falls close to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mount Pisgah.
Driving or walking through the neighborhood has views of the valley below and breath taking sun rises in the morning over the mountain tops.
Natural springs can be heard as well as beautiful birds that thrives in this peaceful setting.
Since we are in the Blue Ridge Mountains up around 3,500’ please note the neighborhood road is paved and will be an easy uphill drive with a few sharp turns at times with gorgeous views.
