Located on the first floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with shower) and a shared, unenclosed garden of around 400 m².
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190), closed by a curtain
- A bathroom (with shower) and WC
Outside:
- A 4.5 m² balcony, facing north-east
- A 400 m² garden, unenclosed and shared, to enjoy the sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Marseillan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities:
- Marseillan Plage amusement park approx. 4 min (1.4 km) away by car
- Marseillan beach approx. 3 min (200 m) away on foot
- Boat trips on the Etang de Thau from the Port of Marseillan approx. 11 min (6 km) away by car
- Scuba diving: Obéron wreck, Roc de Marseillan...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor parking lot (1 parking space).
