Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette and a shower room (with shower).

The accommodation comprises - 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A cabin area with an 80x190 bunk bed (2 beds suitable for children) - A bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 6 m² east-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer (in the Lecques district), in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Petanque pitch in the residence - Water sports activities in high season (Aqualand) - Mini-golf - Markets in neighbouring villages - Sightseeing (oil mills, wine cellars, coastal path, Saint-Cyr dune, Port d'Alon cove, Paul Ricard islands) - Visits to the surrounding area (Bandol, Cassis, Parc des Calanques, La Ciotat, Marseille, Toulon, Le Castellet (Provencal village and Paul Ricard race track), La Cadière, etc.) Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Cyr, about 2.5 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille, about 83 km away Other information : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

This place is in an excellent location- clean, near the beach and town centre. The kitchen is well-equipped. Great to have parking and Wifi.The apartment is great value. We also loved St Cyr Sur Mer.
