The villa is distributed over three floors: the ground floor presents an open-plan living and dining room, a state-of-the-art kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub, and a charming small terrace.
The first floor accommodates three bedrooms: one with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, with a private bathtub-equipped bathroom; another with a double bed and a shower-equipped bathroom; and a third substantial bedroom featuring a double bed and a spa bath, alongside a petite terrace.
The top floor is essentially a spacious 100 sq.m. terrace with a stunning Acropolis view, equipped with a large dining table for eight and a hot tub. All bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned for your comfort.
Practical amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, and a safety deposit box. Essential personal care items, slippers, a hairdryer, and towels for the hot tub are provided for your convenience.

Villa is clean and comfortable. One the single busiest streets in Plaka, Construction across the street starts at 7am.
