This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great spot for a stay in Manchester. The location is ideal - close to the city centre, but tucked away enough to be peaceful over night! The apartment building was clean and felt secure. The apartment itself was also spotless and provided everything we needed for our weekend stay. Thanks!

Brilliant 2BR Apartment close to Shude Hill tramstop! : The place was above and beyond my expectations. Brilliant facilities and nice and spacious. It was only me travelling, but if you are a group/family, this is definitely the one for you. Super close to Shude Hill tram stop (a decent amount of Manchester is walkable anyway). Very comfy bed, huge TV in loungeroom! N/A

Great stay here - the flat was exactly as described and in a great location! Host was very quick at replying and everything went smoothly. Would recommend staying here we had a great weekend away :)
