It can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It features an attractive 79 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 2,000 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 79 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen. - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 1 single bed and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A 10×5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October.
Fenced and covered for safety. - A 4-person Jacuzzi, open from May to mid-October. - A beautiful 2,000 m² private garden surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge - A 50 m² north-west facing terrace with furniture for sunny days The house is ideally located in Thénac, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint Goy la Grande, approx. 15 km away - Nearest airport: Bergerac, approx. 15 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Fireplace is functional, wood not supplied - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
