Living-dining room.The duplex with pool in El Puerto de Santa María offers its guests a wonderful living-dining room with air conditioning, a Smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table.

Kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining for 6 people.

Toilet.There is toilet with shower on the ground floor.Bathrooms. In addition to the guest toilet and the en-suite shower room in the master bedroom, there is another full bathroom upstairs, which also has a bathtub.



Bedrooms.The house has 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor. The master bedroom, with a 1.50 m bed, has an ensuite bathroom with shower as an added bonus. There are two more bedrooms with two single beds each. These are comfortable and quiet rooms, perfect for relaxing. Sheets and towels are included with every reservation. The main bedroom offers air conditioning..Terrace. A pleasant space with artificial grass and sun loungers, with direct access to the communal pool. On the upper floor, there is another terrace overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset.

Parking. This holiday villa has a private parking space.

Communal pool. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the pool is a very good size and can be enjoyed by both adults and children. Pool opens from 1st may until 30th september.

The historic center of El Puerto is just a 10-minute drive away.Pets are not allowed.
