This homely and secluded villa with plenty of character is situated in the heart of Los Mojones.
Ideally located for all the amenities of Puerto del Carmen Old Town & Avenida de las Playas.

Family bathroom opposite bedroom 3 with bath & shower over, washbasin, and WC.
Kitchen Fully fitted well-equipped kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, compact dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster.
Living/Dining Room The spacious open-plan living/dining area benefits from a feature indoor garden, with skylight and a large picture window with views of the pool terrace.
It is comfortably furnished with two x two-seater sofas and an armchair.
Entertainment is provided by IPTV and WIFI included.
The dining table comfortably seats 6.
There is also a separate toilet & sink off the lounge.
Summer Room To access the main house, you enter via a Summer Room that provides shelter from outside and features a sofa to relax on, dining table, bar with stools, and a drinks fridge.
There is also a small outdoor courtyard to sit and enjoy a peaceful breakfast with a table and two chairs.
Accommodation Exterior: The pool and patio area are surrounded by high walls and palm trees to provide complete privacy, leaving you free to sunbathe on the terrace around the pool.
There are two tables to sit at, each with four chairs, and a charcoal BBQ.

We had a great time staying here. The house was very spacious and had plenty of seating areas. The location was good a short walk to both the old town and strip. We rented a car and there was parking space available. The house had everything couldn’t fault it! There was also a book with lots of deta...
