60E Wellgate consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area seating four guests, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, and a king-size (zip/link can be twin on request), serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with gravel, patio, furniture, off-road parking for 1 car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1.3, a lake. Two well-behaved pets welcome but please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 60E Wellgate is a relaxing base for exploring South Lanarkshire. Note: Free parking is available on a first come first served basis, there are further free car parks in the village. Note: Check in from 3pm and check out 11am. Note: Please take care there is one step up into the kitchen. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of £250. The Scottish Short Term Let Licence number is SL00279F. EPC rating D, date of assessment 29 May 2024
