Cozy apartment of about 70 sqm located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT a lift, able to accommodate up to 4 people.
Immersed in the pedestrian area (ZTL in Italian) of the city, the accommodation boasts a truly unique position: looking out the window you can admire the suggestive towers of Lucca, while as soon as you cross the threshold you will find yourself directly in Piazza Napoleone, one of the most iconic of the city.
Access by car is not permitted up to the entrance.
The apartment is internally organized as follows
- LIVING AREA with sofa, small TV, dining table and kitchenette with gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, kettle
- BATHROOM with bidet and shower box
A few internal steps lead to the following rooms
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe
- BEDROOM II with 2 single beds and a small window at the top

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WIFI, portable fans, independent heating
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, you can reach Pisa Centrale station, thanks to the PISAMOVER service, from where you can take the regional train to Lucca Station, less than 10 minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Pisa Airport to Piazzale Verdi, an 8-minute walk from the accommodation.
- From Lucca Station, you can reach the apartment in less than 10 minutes on foot.
- If you travel by car, be careful, the property is located within the pedestrian area (ZTL). You can park for a fee at the Cittadella Parking, not far from the property, open 24 hours. Alternatively, there are free parking spaces 500 meters from the accommodation (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed).
