Montclair consists of a kitchen/diner with 3 electric ovens, 2 gas hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for 10 and woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV and open fire, a conservatory, a basement games room with pool table and darts board, and two cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with feature fireplaces, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a second-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, and a further second-floor double, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, Outside, there is a non-enclosed front lawn and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, BBQ and furniture, as well as off-road private driveway parking for 3 cars and additional roadside parking. This is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available on request.
