From your private decking, you can spot sea and golden eagles soaring overhead and enjoy visits from roe deer in the early morning.
Thoughtfully designed, Cheviot stands out from typical pods with a full-size shower, a cosy wood burner, a king-size bed, a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two children, and a well-equipped kitchen with a mini fridge and freezer. This tranquil retreat is the perfect place to unwind while remaining within easy reach of a wide range of activities and local attractions.
Pubs, restaurants, and shops are conveniently located within a mile, and the nearby train station (less than 2 miles away) offers a magical journey on the Harry Potter Steam Train.
It crosses the iconic Glenfinnan Viaduct and winds through breath-taking scenery and hidden beaches en-route to the fishing village of Mallaig, where ferries depart for the Isle of Skye (be sure to book the train in advance, as it fills quickly). For adventurers, Ben Nevis—the tallest mountain in the UK—offers a rewarding climb, while the Nevis Range hosts the renowned European Bike Trials.
Head south to Glencoe, a truly awe-inspiring landscape that captivates year-round with trails for every level and a ski lift for winter sports enthusiasts.
In summer, the dry slope opens for tubing, making it a fun outing for the whole family.
