This bright and comfortable two-bedroom apartment, located high up in the attractive Aqua building, offers stunning city views through floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with natural light.
The open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax, featuring a 50-inch 4K Smart TV with Netflix & Disney+ and a dining table for four.
This flows into a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with modern appliances, stone benchtops, and a Nespresso machine.
Both bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, featuring ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, and privacy blinds. * Main Bedroom: A comfortable king bed (can be split into two singles by prior request), quality linen, and a large mirrored wardrobe. * Second Bedroom: A versatile king bed (also splittable), a dedicated study nook with a desk and lamp, and a large mirrored wardrobe.
The modern bathroom includes a shower, thick fluffy towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
For your convenience, the apartment also has an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
