Cozy 45 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT elevator.
The apartment is close to Città Studi and the M2 Piola/Loreto metro stop.
The accommodation is equipped with the main comforts including a washing machine, dryer and a balcony.
The location is excellent!
We are in a quiet area of the city, just outside the center of Milan, a 15-minute walk from the Loreto metro stop which leads to Piazza Duomo after only 4 stops.
The internal space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, moka and kitchen utensils),
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe
- BATHROOM (access via 1 step) with shower, sink, and WC, washer-dryer;
- BALCONY.
Please note: NO A/C, NO BIDET
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fan, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.
- From Milan Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line M4 to the Argonne stop. From here it is possible to reach the stop "Largo Porto Di Classe" (3 minutes walk), and take the bus n. 93 to the stop "Lambrate M2", few minutes walk.
- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service to the Central Station, from where it is possible to take the metro (M2) to the stop "Lambrate FS", few minutes walk from the property.
- From Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro (M2) to the stop "Lambrate FS", few minutes walk from the property.
- It is possible to reach the apartment by car, but since the parking below the property is reserved for residents, a useful option is the near Garage Costa (paid parking), in Via Costa 23, open h24.
