The property spans 500m² within a 4,067m² plot and includes eight en-suite bedrooms and two staff rooms, making it ideal for extended families or groups of friends seeking privacy without compromising access to the island’s vibrant lifestyle. The main house is laid out across three levels.
On the pool level, guests will find a master bedroom with a private terrace, a stylish living room with an open-plan kitchen, a WC, and two additional en-suite bedrooms—one of which has an independent entrance beside the pool.
The ground level features three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one with twin beds, ensuring versatile accommodation.
An independent guest house offers its own living room, kitchen, en-suite bedroom, and a spacious private terrace with lounge and dining areas.
Beneath the guest house is an additional en-suite bedroom, along with two staff rooms sharing a bathroom and a laundry area. Outdoors, Villa Mare Azzurro is designed for ultimate relaxation, with a 70m² infinity pool, wooden sun deck, shaded lounges and alfresco dining areas, and a built-in BBQ.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request, and there is secure parking for up to six cars. Guests benefit from daily light cleaning (1–2 hours), linen and towel changes twice weekly, regular pool and garden maintenance, and 24/7 support from the management team.
