We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Hueston station is a short walk away where guests can get trains to other parts of Ireland or get the tram into the city centre.
There are also bus stops close by. Dublin Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Additionally, it includes floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto a patio area and communal gardens. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.
There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a UK king-size bed, and the second has two UK single beds.
Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom was newly refurbished in September 2025 and now features a modern electric shower, along with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
