The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with a bench and dining table, as well as an open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside : - A enclosed garden with table and chairs for outdoor lunches.
The flat is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities : - Carnevale waterfall - Piscia di Gallo - Hiking around Cauro: Arche de Cavru, Punta San Petru, Boucle du Mont d'Aragnascu - Gorges du Prunelli: vertiginous walks and wild landscapes to discover nearby Although Cauro is high up, there are several freshwater and coastal beaches within easy reach: - Freshwater beaches (rivers & dams) : Pont de la Vanna (Ocana), Tolla dam, Marina Viva (Grosseto-Prugna) - Beaches: Porticcio and its beaches (Agosta, Albitreccia), Capo di Feno beach Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gated grounds of the house. 3 spaces are available and shared with the accommodation above.
