Holmfirth is a 5 minute car ride away, a town famous for the Last of the Summer Wine series and home to the beautiful Holmfirth Vineyard . Various nearby attractions including the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The Peak District National Park and the National Coal Mining Museum. Holmfirth also hosts numerous festivals throughout the year. There are plenty places to explore including the stunning landscapes of the nearby Peak District, this luxury staycation is ideal for walkers/cyclists and romantic getaways. Also close by are surrounding cities Huddersfield, Sheffield, Leeds & Manchester. Hepworth has regular bus routes to surrounding areas such as Holmfirth, Huddersfield and Wakefield. Holmfirth has a central bus station, various taxi providers and also a railway station.

The property is ideal for two people exploring the Peak District and the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage was beautifully furnished, professionally cleaned, and set up for comfort and coziness. The location is a quiet hamlet within walking distance of a country pub and a very short drive into Holmfirth, with shops, restaurants, Sainsbury's, etc. A wholly enjoyable stay.
