Beschreibung der Unterkunft Welcome to a well-planned small home in the popular area of Höllviken, close to both the sea and nature.
It's perfect for a small family or couple looking for peace and quiet, while still being near shops, restaurants, and activities.
The cottage is located on a private part of a larger property where the hosts live, with a separate entrance through the garden.
The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The kitchen includes the essentials for preparing breakfast and simple meals, and there is a dining area for four people.
There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and sink.
Outside, there is a sunny wooden deck with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill – a great place to relax on summer evenings.
This is a cozy and practical place to stay, with easy access to the beach, nature, and local services.
Parking is available a short walk away, and in agreement with the hosts, there may also be space on their driveway.
There are also 4 bicycles in existing condition to borrow.
In Falsterbo and Skanör, you’ll find many popular summer restaurants, cozy inns, and seafood stands.
There are also beautiful walking areas in Ljunghusen, several golf courses, mini golf, and bike paths.
Malmö, with its wide range of shopping and entertainment, is only a short drive north.
The south coast of Skåne, with its charming fishing villages all the way to Ystad, offers plenty to explore during your holiday.
The area is also a favorite among birdwatchers.
While you're here, don’t miss out on visiting Österlen and the northern parts of Skåne as well.

Das Haus ist klein aber funktional und gut ausgestattet. Da es ein Mobilheim ist, sind die Wände sehr dünn und das ganze Haus schwankt ein wenig. Es steht in einem Vorgarten in einer Einfamilienhaus Siedlung, sehr ruhig aber trotzdem vieles mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern erreichbar (Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Wikingerdorf). Malmö und Trelleborg sind schnell mit Bus oder Auto erreichbar.
