Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted by the living and dining room, which offers an inviting space to unwind, featuring a Smart TV and a woodburning stove for those chillier evenings.
Sink into the cosy corner sofa and enjoy a family movie night after a joyous day exploring your surroundings.
Adjacent to the living area is a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the dining table, seating eight.

Hill Top Cottage, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, corner sofa, and dining seating for eight, and a sitting room with two sofas and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, two second-floor doubles, and 1 x single with truckle.. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Fuel and power included in rent. Logs and a starter pack are provided for one fire October-March. Further logs can be provided for an additional charge. Hairdryer provided in each bedroom. Travel cot, high chair and stairgates can be provided - please contact the owners directly to request these. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden patio with furniture. Free private parking for two medium sized vehicles and additional parking on nearby roads (South Lane or Dunford Road). Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy your trip to the property Hill Top Cottage. Note: This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of 500 GBP. Note: Steps leading up to property, please take care. Note: Care to be taken, due to the style of the property there are low ceilings and traditional staircases. Note: The garage/parking is located to the left of the property; this is accessed via a short lane which must be always kept clear for public access. Note: Dogs must be kept downstairs. Note: Bike storage can be arranged - please contact the owners directly. Note: No stag, hen or similar please. Please note: Bramble Cottage (923805) which sleeps two people is a stones throw from Hill Top Cottage if extra accommodation is required (dependent upon availability).
