Beach House Seaside Dunes is a delightful retreat situated in the charming town of Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire.
Just a short stroll from the beach. (160 yards away), and close to an abundance of local amenities, both North and South, including the famous Royal Lytham and St Anne’s Golf Club, only 2.7 miles away, along with all of the surrounding golf courses. The tram and train stations are a 0.2 miles and 0.3 mile distance respectively.
This family-friendly home offers convenient parking right in front of the property and a secure rear patio/garden entertaining area, making it perfect for families or a group of friends.
Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a lounge room, with comfortable seating and a 55” Sky Glass TV, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows.
Moving through the property is the well equipped kitchen/diner for all your culinary needs, an electric oven and a gas hob, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals, and share stories of the day's adventures with plenty of laughter.
If the sun is out, then head outside into the enclosed rear garden, which features a patio area, a lush lawn, and a secure alarmed shed for those E-bike/E-scooter storage needs. Also in the shed, you will find a selection of outdoor furniture, which is supplied for guests, including a table, 4 chairs and a sun lounger. There is also an outdoor duel power socket for recharging those rides, ready for your next trek out.
A ground floor storage area under the stairs has plenty of room to store your suitcases. There is also a cot, high chair, and a selection of old school, family friendly games including Dominos, Uno, playing cards and a house favourite, “Jenga!”

Beach House Seaside Dunes, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dining seating for four, a sitting room with 55 '' Sky Glass TV and sofa..A small selection of games is available under the stairs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, shed for bike storage, garden table and chairs and private driveway parking for one car, additional shared parking place with neighbour, further roadside parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Your journey to Lancashire is guaranteed to be one to remember, with a stay at Beach House at the Seaside. Note: No parties, candles, open flames indoors or motorhomes allowed. Note: When checking out, please put rubbish in the appropriate bins, put outdoor furniture back in the shed (if used) and have kitchenware ready for the next guest. Note: Guests to bring their own EV charging lead, power to the unit is currently set to off-peak from 00.35-05.25. Note: E-bikes/scooters are not permitted in the main residence; must be stored in the garden shed. Note: All guests must use the shower curtain when using the shower. Please note GHKB of 250 GBP
