Be welcomed into a spacious living/dining room, made light and airy by the large bay window where you'll sink into the reclining sofas to marvel at panoramic views of the coast.
Moving through the property you'll find a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook up your favourite dishes and a furnished patio garden for you to dine alfresco.
As the evening winds down, retreat to either a family room with views of Withernsea Lighthouse or a king-sized room with more views of the sea and settle down for a night's rest.
Wake up the next morning and freshen up with a shower before setting out for the day.

46 The Promenade is a first-floor apartment with a king-sized room and a family with a double and single. There's a shower room with a walk-in shower and basin, and a cloakroom with WC. There's a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV. Central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's roadside parking, and a front garden with patio and lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 0.2 miles and beach 0.1 miles. 46 The Promenade is your perfect beachfront escape. Note: There is a staircase up to the property.
