5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Townhome 2605. This beautiful 5bedroom, 4-1/2 bath townhome was built in 2018 and is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar; we also include a high chair for your little one to dine! All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.
Lounge around after a long day at the parks in the open floor plan gathering room featuring 2 sofas and a large 50-inch flat screen TVr. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with screened enclosure that also has a 1/2 bath.

After taking my payment I was sent a document to sign. I was not advised of this document or given an opportunity to read it prior to them taking a payment from me. I refused to sign, yet they kept my money even though we never stayed at the property! Apparently the document has now been added to the listing after I reported it.

The home was everything we expected and more. Very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely spacious, yet cozy and comfortable for our family vacation. Everything was as pictured and the home was sparkling clean. It is HIGHLY recommended!

Great house. Close to the parks. The neighborhood seemed to be quite the party neighborhood the week we were there, so if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, this may not be the perfect place for you! The backyard backs up to about 4 other yards so the noise can definitely be heard from other parties/ pool areas. But overall, our stay was great!
